How do I get a quote?
The fastest way is WhatsApp: send a photo of the part and its measurements (if known) to +90 542 812 30 15. Our technical team reviews it, asks follow-up questions if needed, and returns with price and lead time the same day. The office line is +90 232 503 04 05.
Do you ship across Türkiye and abroad?
Our base is in İzmir Konak, and we ship courier-friendly items across all of Türkiye. Larger items (cylinders, power units) travel by freight. Export requests are evaluated case by case — contact us with the details.
I have no technical drawing, only the part itself. Is that enough?
Yes. Most of our work arrives without a drawing. Send the sample or the failed part — we measure it, produce the drawing and manufacture. The drawing stays with you for future orders.
Can I order a single piece?
Yes. A single seal, bolt or rubber part that's stopping your line is routine work for us. Series orders get better per-piece pricing.
Which brands do you work with?
We're brand-independent: we source spare parts for machines of any brand, and manufacture from a sample when nothing can be sourced. Brands we sell include 3M, uvex, Honeywell, Bosch and Makita.
What are your lead times?
It depends on scope and stock; we state a firm lead time with every quote. Since we manufacture sealing elements in-house, we don't wait on external supply — tell us if your line is down and we'll prioritize.
How do I know the manufactured part will fit?
Dimensions are taken directly from your sample or housing, and critical dimensions are checked after production. For critical applications we recommend a single trial piece before a series run.
Should I overhaul or replace?
No honest answer without seeing the part. After inspection we present the findings and a cost comparison of both options — the decision is yours. Rule of thumb: with a sound body, overhaul usually wins economically.
Do you provide on-site service?
In İzmir and nearby provinces: ultrasonic leak detection, commissioning and on-site inspection. Elsewhere, equipment ships to us and we support installation via phone and WhatsApp.
What safety equipment do you supply?
Stocked head-to-toe across eight protection groups: respiratory, eye, head-face, hand, hearing, foot, body and welding protection — with 3M, uvex, Honeywell, Starline, Ansell, MEKAP and Deltaplus.
