What we do
Custom molded rubber parts, polyurethane wear parts (scrapers, roller coating), rubber sheets and membranes cut to size, and foam or profile gaskets — including forms no longer sold anywhere.

Frequently asked questions
Can you manufacture from a broken rubber part?
Yes. We work out the missing geometry from what remains and the dimensions of the mounting point, then mold a replacement.
Do you make parts with a metal core bonded to rubber?
Yes — mounts and buffers where rubber is bonded to a metal carrier are within our manufacturing scope.
When does a mold cost apply?
Only for parts that require molded production, and only once — the mold is kept for repeat orders, so future runs are just the part cost.
Can worn rollers or wheels be recoated in polyurethane?
Yes. Recoating a worn metal core is usually more economical than buying a new roller, and hardness is matched to your application.
What's the minimum order quantity?
We work from a single piece upward. For jobs needing a mold, we quote the total (mold + part) up front so there are no surprises.
