Frequently asked questions
How long does a hydraulic cylinder overhaul take?
It depends on the cylinder's size, the extent of the damage, and whether the seal kit is in stock. Once we see the part — or receive photos and measurements — we give you a firm lead time. Jobs solvable with stocked seal kits move noticeably faster; we prioritize urgent downtime cases.
Do you only serve İzmir?
Our base is in İzmir Konak, but for shippable items we dispatch across all of Türkiye. Cylinders and power units can reach us by courier or freight. Field services like ultrasonic leak detection are carried out in İzmir and nearby provinces via scheduled visits.
I don't have a technical drawing, only a broken part. Is that enough?
Yes. Most of our work arrives without a drawing. Send us the sample or the failed part — we take the measurements, produce a drawing if needed, and manufacture accordingly. A few photos over WhatsApp are often enough for us to give you an initial read.
Which brands do you work with?
We're brand-independent. We're not tied to any single manufacturer, which lets us source spare parts for hydraulic and pneumatic systems across multiple brands — and manufacture from a sample when needed.
