I don't know my machine's brand — can you still find the spare part?
Often yes. Clear photos and basic dimensions of the part matter more to us than brand information. We identify even unmarked parts by measurement, source an equivalent, or evaluate manufacturing it.
Do I need to send the whole machine for diagnosis?
Depends. Removable parts (cylinder, pump, valve) just need to be sent in. For issues requiring on-machine inspection, we arrange a site visit in İzmir and nearby areas. Either way, start with WhatsApp photos and a description.
Is an equivalent part as reliable as the original?
A correctly matched equivalent that meets the technical specification is safe to use — that's the only kind we recommend. For critical applications we can also source the original; we present options with pricing and let you decide.
The same fault keeps recurring — why?
A recurring fault signals the root cause wasn't found. The part gets replaced, but the condition that broke it — dirty oil, misalignment, overpressure, wrong material — is still there. We look at the system, not just the part.
