How material is chosen
The same profile in a different material can have a completely different lifespan. Selection follows the operating conditions.

Frequently asked questions
Can you manufacture a seal from a worn-out sample?
Yes — this is our most common job. The profile is extracted from the worn part and dimensions taken. If the sample is fully gone, the housing dimensions are enough.
How do I measure a seal housing?
Three numbers usually suffice: shaft diameter, housing outer diameter, and housing width — most standard profiles can be identified from these.
Can I order a single seal?
Yes. That's exactly the point of custom manufacturing — a single seal for a stopped line is our job. Bulk orders get better per-piece pricing.
How fast can an urgent seal be manufactured?
Since we manufacture sealing elements ourselves, we're not waiting on external supply. Tell us up front if your line is down and we'll prioritize it.
