What we do
Custom seals, o-rings, PTFE components, mechanical seal repair, and oil seals / vacuum pads / diaphragms — manufactured from a sample or a worn original when the part is discontinued or non-standard.

Frequently asked questions
Can you manufacture a seal from a worn, unreadable sample?
Yes — this is our most common job. We extract the profile from the worn part, take the measurements, and reproduce it. If the sample has fully disintegrated, the housing dimensions are usually enough.
How do I measure a seal housing?
Three numbers are usually enough: shaft diameter, housing outer diameter, and housing width. A caliper reading plus a photo speeds things up considerably.
Can you supply a single seal, or only bulk orders?
Single pieces are exactly what custom manufacturing is for. If your line is down for one seal, that one part is our job — bulk orders get a better per-piece price.
Is a non-standard o-ring size available?
Non-catalog inner diameters and cross-sections are the core of custom manufacturing. Send us the inner diameter and cross-section, and we'll confirm the right material for your application.
How fast can an urgent seal be manufactured?
Because we manufacture sealing elements in-house, we're not waiting on external supply. If your line is down, say so up front and we'll prioritize it.
