When a machine's manufacturer no longer exists or the part was never cataloged, we reverse-engineer it from the sample: casting, machining, bellows and mixer feet, and custom bolts, studs and nuts — including obsolete thread standards like Whitworth.

The manufacturer of my machine closed down — where do I find spare parts?
This is the problem we solve most often. Even without a manufacturer, the part itself is a technical drawing: we take dimensions and form from the sample and reproduce it identically.
Can you manufacture from a broken part?
Yes. We complete the missing geometry from what remains plus the mounting dimensions — don't throw the broken piece away, even small fragments help.
Do you only do bulk manufacturing, or single pieces too?
Both. A single part that's holding up your line is exactly our kind of job, and planned series runs get better per-piece pricing.
I have no technical drawing — can you still manufacture the part?
Absolutely. Most customers don't have one. We produce the drawing ourselves and it stays with you afterward, so future orders won't need re-measuring.
Do you cast in small quantities?
Castings become more economical as quantity increases due to mold cost, but we evaluate single-piece needs too — sometimes machining from bar stock is more cost-effective, and we'll say so honestly.
