What we do
We manufacture and overhaul hydraulic cylinders for excavators, presses and industrial machinery. When a part isn't in any catalog, we machine it from a sample.

Frequently asked questions
What's included in a standard cylinder overhaul?
All sealing elements (piston, rod and wiper seals, o-rings) and, where needed, wear bands are renewed. Rod and body surfaces are inspected; if there's damage, we photograph it and confirm scope with you before proceeding.
How should I give you the cylinder's dimensions?
Four measurements suffice: bore diameter, rod diameter, stroke, and mounting type. If unsure, send the cylinder itself or clear photos — we'll take the measurements.
My rod is scored — is a seal change enough?
No. A scored surface will cut the new seal too. Depending on the depth, we recommend surface treatment or rod replacement — we won't have you pay for unnecessary work.
Can you manufacture a custom-size cylinder?
Yes, that's our core specialty — non-catalog bore, stroke and mounting dimensions. Send a drawing if you have one, or your existing cylinder for us to measure and draw.
